Primary Varicose veins case :

The lesion is bilateral but more obvious on left leg
Primary varicose veins here is diagnosed by exclusion of symptoms of secondary (DVT, thrombophlebitis)
There is Family history
Heaving pain if prolonged walk or exercise, relieved by resting or sitting.
By doing multiple tourniquet test, several sites of incompetent perforators.
Stripping operation will be done.
